Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
- College undergraduates and graduates are welcome to apply
- With or without BPO experience – fresh graduates are encouraged!
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite at Concentrix Iloilo
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

As a Customer Service Representative , you will:
- Assist customers via phone, chat, or email inquiries
- Provide support for billing, product, or technical-related concerns
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction while representing global clients
