Role Summary

As a Performance & Reward Expert III, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing our reward and performance frameworks. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to support compensation programs, annual pay reviews, incentive schemes, job evaluation initiatives, and performance management processes.

You will combine strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of people practices to ensure our reward programs remain competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

About the Team

You'll join a collaborative HR expertise team focused on designing people solutions that enable the organization to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent. The team works closely with business leaders, HR partners, and global stakeholders to deliver impactful programs that support both employee experience and business success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the delivery of annual compensation processes such as merit increase and variable remuneration
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of compensation, benefits, incentive, and recognition programs.
• Support performance management policies, processes, and implementation activities.
• Partner with senior business and HR stakeholders, including HR leadership, to provide expert guidance on Performance & Reward matters.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR frameworks, policies, and tools.
• Provide Performance & Reward support to Hubs Philippines and key growth markets, including Spain and Türkiye, with market-specific knowledge considered an advantage

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Performance Management, or a related HR specialty.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in HR systems are required.
• Experience supporting pay reviews, incentive programs, job evaluation, or reward program design.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to different audiences.
• Experience using data visualization and reporting tools to support decision-making.
• Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
