- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or retail experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
