Security, Investigation & Surveillance Officer

We are looking for a Security, Investigation & Surveillance Officer responsible for protecting company personnel, property, assets, and operations through security monitoring, investigation, and preventive measures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitors security operations, CCTV, access points, and site activities to identify security risks and incidents;

• Conducts investigations of theft, loss, fraud, unauthorized access, violations, and other security incidents;

• Conducts surveillance and gathers information, evidence, and documentation relevant to investigations;

• Prepares detailed incident, investigation, and surveillance reports for management;

• Identifies security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate preventive and corrective measures;

• Coordinates with security personnel, site management, HR, and relevant departments on security concerns;

• Coordinates with law enforcement and government authorities when necessary;

• Monitors compliance with company security policies, procedures, and protocols;

• Conducts security inspections and risk assessments of company facilities, projects, vehicles, equipment, and assets;

• Maintains confidentiality of investigation findings, evidence, and sensitive company information.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in security, investigation, surveillance, or loss prevention

• Experience in corporate, construction, industrial, or project-site security is an advantage

• Knowledge of investigation procedures, CCTV/surveillance systems, incident documentation, and security protocols

• Strong observation, analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills

• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality

• Physically and mentally capable of conducting field inspections and investigations

• Willing to travel and conduct site assignments as required.
