Data Integrity Officer
Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc.
- Data Integrity — Ensures accuracy of customer information acquired and encoded into the CIS form.
- Customer Information Sheet (CIS) — Completes the CIS on a daily basis.
- Customer Profile in SAP — Accomplishes and updates customer profiles within SAP.
- Technical Troubleshooting — Resolves technical issues encountered by the branch.
- Hardware and Software Solutions — Evaluates and recommends appropriate hardware and software solutions.
- Google Drive Uploads — Maintains and performs daily uploads of CIS forms to the company's Google Drive.
- Interdepartmental Relations — Maintains harmonious relationships with other departments, distributors, and dealers.
- Meetings and Training — Attends meetings and training sessions as required by management and distributors.
- Policy Compliance — Observes company policies, rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Attendance — Demonstrates outstanding promptness and presence at work.
- Leadership — Leads by example.
Qualification:
- Graduate of Information Technology / Computer Science
