Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team in the real estate industry. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge and build a strong foundation in accounting and finance. You will assist in daily accounting operations, financial record-keeping, and support compliance with internal and external financial requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording and posting daily financial transactions (accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries).
- Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor account balances.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and documentation.
- Support payroll preparation and government compliance (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Coordinate with property and project teams for billing, collections, and expense tracking.
- Assist in the audit process by providing required documents and explanations.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related business course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced real estate environment.
