Job Qualification: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, or any business related course At least 1 year proven experience in supply planning Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, coordination and time management skills Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office application or related software. Duties and Responsibilities: * Demand Planning & Forecasting Consolidate sales forecasts for food service, modern trade, and other relevant segments (e.g., e-commerce) Run demand plans in the system based on the submitted sales forecast Perform statistical and historical sales data analysis monthly to determine if there is a need to adjust forecasts and improve accuracy Collaborate cross- functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to gather market intelligence and ensure alignment on the consensus demand plan Analyze forecast versus actual sales data to identify root causes of forecast error and implement corrective actions * Reporting and Analysis Generate and submit reports, including: Forecast versus Actual Sales Report and Forecast Achievement Report Analyze records and reports of unserved orders to assets the impact of forecast accuracy and propose improvements Company Perks and Benefits: Premium HMO Package Meal Allowance Transportation Allowance Monthly Performance Incentives Salary increment based on performance Accident Insurance Coverage Company VL and SL benefits Other Government Mandated benefits Product discounts Company sponsored activities such as Family Day, Christmas Party, and etc.
