- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in beauty or retail environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management, teamwork, sales training, public speaking, and sales management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, customer-centric attitude, and enthusiasm for the beauty industry.
