Mechanical Supervisor

Description - Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Manage a team of technicians and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering
- At least 3 years experience in the same role
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environment.
- High level of technical expertise in mechanical systems.
Salary is negotiable depend on expereince
