Stockman

• HIRINNG STOCK MAN AT PENSHOPPE SM CITY LEGAZPI
• - The Stockman is responsible for ensuring smooth inventory management, stock organization, and supporting the sales operations by maintaining the store’s product availability and order flow.
• -Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock shipments. Ensure products are properly stored, counted, and documented according to company standards.
• Stock Replenishment: Ensure shelves are fully stocked and assist in restocking when products are low or sold out.
• Product Organization: Organize products in the stockroom and on the sales floor, ensuring that items are easy to access and display correctly.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the stockroom and sales floor neat and orderly, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: College-level education or coursework in business, retail management, or a related field (though this is not always required).

Experience:

• Retail or Warehouse Experience: Previous experience in a similar role such as stock management, inventory control, or retail support is often preferred but not mandatory.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the types of products sold in the store, especially fashion or accessories, can be an advantage.

Skills:

• Organizational Skills: Ability to keep stock organized, ensuring products are easy to locate and properly stored.
• Inventory Management: Basic understanding of stock management processes, including receiving, inspecting, and recording inventory.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to track stock levels, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate inventory counts.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move stock, stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
