CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES – PURE ONSITE Location: 1Nito Tower, Archbishop Reyes Avenue, Cebu Schedule: Shifting (US/UK Market) Perks & Benefits: Paid training for 2 months Performance bonuses and new hire incentives HMO coverage from Day 1 (PHP 300,000) Free HMO dependents after one year Life insurance coverage (PHP 1 million) Night differential and PTO convertible to cash Qualifications: Senior High School Graduates: At least 6 months of BPO experience (any BPO/ESL industry) College Graduates: No experience required Interview Schedule: Onsite Interviews: 2 PM - 5 PM Virtual Interviews: 8 PM - 11 PM Government numbers are required for onboarding; other documents can be submitted within 30 days after hire.
