Job Expectations: Position Type: Experienced - Senior Manager Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Direct Hire) Work Setup & Location: Hybrid (3-4x days onsite per week) - BGC, Taguig Work Schedule: Weekdays; Mid Shift Industry: Global Accounting Firm About the Job: We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect Senior Manager to join our client's Business Application Consulting team and lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping solve complex business challenges through scalable and strategic Salesforce implementations. You will oversee solution architecture, guide technical teams, support business development efforts, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding business needs and recommending effective solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions. Oversee deployments, code reviews, and production releases to ensure quality and stability. Support business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities with clients. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to project teams. Promote Salesforce best practices and continuous improvement across engagements. Support the integration, customization, and optimization of Salesforce and related platforms, including nCino. Ensure solutions align with client objectives, operational efficiency, and scalability requirements. Monitor project delivery, timelines, risks, and overall engagement success. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, solution architecture, or solution delivery. Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce and nCino solutions. Strong experience leading client discussions, workshops, and solution planning sessions. Knowledge of Salesforce Industry Clouds and deployment pipelines. Experience with code reviews, production deployments, and release management. Strong understanding of SQL and SOQL queries. Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
