K'Cez Kitchenware and General Merchandise - Warehouse
The Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of warehouse and common areas.
Responsibilities:
* Cleaning and sanitizing warehouse prior to new occupancy. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and removing trash.
* Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and replacing light bulbs.
* Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms.
* Assisting with move-in/move-out processes, including removing trash and debris.
* Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
* Experience in cleaning and/or maintenance preferred.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
