Key Duties and Responsibilities - Perform quality assessment and monitoring of patients' vital signs, nursing documentation, record-keeping, and other clinical nursing functions to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
- Provide patients with appropriate instructions and information regarding the purpose, preparation, significance, and follow-up requirements of diagnostic procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of patient care plans and ensure continuity of care through proper documentation and communication with the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.
- Support clinic operations by ensuring readiness of medical equipment, supplies, and treatment areas.
