Compensation & Benefits Manager

PURPOSE

Responsible in leading the planning, development, and implementation of our compensation and benefits programs. He/she ensures that our reward practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of compensation frameworks, benefits strategy, and compliance, with a proactive and data-driven approach to total rewards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, including employee incentive and retention programs.
• Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
• Assist in the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, promotions, and incentive plan payouts.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs (health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans, and other perks
• Ensure programs comply with legal and government regulatory requirements
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners related to benefits and compensation services.
• Coordinate with HMO, review and monitor reports and billings
• Monitor and ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Ensure proper communication and education of employees about benefit offerings through employee orientation.
• Ensure C&B practices comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain up-to-date documentation and records for audits and reporting.
• Prepare, analyze and present reports on compensation and benefits trends, cost analysis, and budgeting.
• Lead C&B projects such as HR system implementations, policy updates, and new program rollouts.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance employee experience, and drive operational efficiency.
• Review and recommend various employee benefit (company initiated and government mandated) which requires confidential information.
• Monitor and review daily ticketing monitoring for C&B Team.
• Monitor and review C&B actions across our tracking systems and database
• Review and ensure timely processing of all government-related benefit programs, procedures, and requirements with confidential information.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of compensation and benefits professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development support.
• Foster a culture of excellence and accountability in all compensation and benefits-related practices.
• Answer employee queries and requests on compensation and benefit matters.
• Assist with HR initiatives
• Other tasks related to the achievement of HR's goals and objectives as may be needed from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

• Graduate of any 4-year course

Minimum Experience/Training

• 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
• 2 years in a leadership or strategic role.

Competency

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, compensation tools and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• High attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
