With a presence in multiple locations, the company is committed to providing effective solutions to its clients. Job Description - Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Construction industry
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Proven sales experience in the Construction industry
- Has strong network in Contractors & Developers
- Experience managing a high-performance sales team
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and team management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Understanding of store operations and customer service
