Description - Oversee all aspects of leasing operations for residential and commercial properties.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates.
- Manage tenant relations and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease agreements.
- Analyze market trends to set competitive rental rates.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in property leasing or management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities efficiently
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional property visits
