- Administer vaccines to all scheduled patients following standard medical protocols.
- Prepare and check vaccine vials, syringes, and equipment before each procedure.
- Monitor patients before and after injection for possible adverse reactions.
- Ensure accurate documentation of vaccinations in the patient’s medical record.
- Educate patients on post-vaccination care and answer related health inquiries.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety standards, including the disposal of sharps and biohazard materials.
- Assist the clinic in other nursing tasks when needed (e.g., vital signs, patient triage).
- Coordinate with the clinic team for scheduling and patient flow.
- Registered Nurse (with valid PRC License)
- Preferably with experience in vaccination or clinical injection procedures
- With updated Basic Life Support (BLS) and other relevant training
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Willing to work on-site in Monumento, Caloocan
