POSITION: LINE COOK
Salary: Competitive / Based on Experience
Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 10 hours daily
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Prepare and cook high-quality Vietnamese dishes according to standard recipes and portion sizes
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner while maintaining excellent quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, cooking stations, and equipment
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times
• Assist in monitoring inventory and storage of food ingredients to minimize waste
• Work harmoniously with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Head or Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 3 years of actual experience working as a cook in a professional kitchen
• Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine is a strong advantage
• Can work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit, hardworking, and with a positive attitude
• With complete and valid documents
• Filipino nationals are highly encouraged to appl
