IT Staff

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field
  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • With at least 1-3 years of work experience
  • Organized, and able to work independently
  • Open to working with different members of the team, and has a high level of customer service
  • Excellent understanding of Computer Support and Troubleshooting

Job Description:

  • Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers, etc.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, which includes documentation.
  • Respond to concerns in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Provide technical support (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Add, remove, or update user account information, reset passwords, etc.
  • Provide Audio Visual Support to company events and projects, if needed
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
  • Perform duties as assigned related to the current role.
