IT Staff
Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field
- Good oral and written communications skills
- With at least 1-3 years of work experience
- Organized, and able to work independently
- Open to working with different members of the team, and has a high level of customer service
- Excellent understanding of Computer Support and Troubleshooting
Job Description:
- Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers, etc.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, which includes documentation.
- Respond to concerns in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Provide technical support (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Add, remove, or update user account information, reset passwords, etc.
- Provide Audio Visual Support to company events and projects, if needed
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
- Perform duties as assigned related to the current role.
