Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or homecare settings
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Strong understanding of homecare operations and regulatory requirements
- Preferred PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of homecare billing and reimbursement processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative leadership style with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for homecare initiatives
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical staff, administrative personnel, and technology teams
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track action items to completion
- Collaborate with homecare coordinators, nurses, therapists, and administrative staff to streamline workflows
- Manage implementation of new homecare programs, technologies, and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and relevant parties
- Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve service delivery
- Ensure projects align with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid requirements
- Monitor quality metrics and implement process improvements
- Support accreditation and licensing activities
