Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 5–7 years in customer service, preferably in finance or travel.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: May require working evenings and weekends; remote and in-office options available.
