The Billing Assistant is responsible for managing billing processes and ensuring accurate invoicing. - Prepare and send invoices to clients.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries.
Required:
- A graduate of Accounting or any related course
- With 1 year of working experience in billing
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and billing software.
- Can start ASAP
