National Sales Manager for Cardio in Pasig upto 300k
-Drives strategic growth by leading national sales teams, fostering Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships, and achieving market share targets for cardiovascular products . They are responsible for developing sales strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance, typically requiring extensive experience in pharma sales leadership and cardiology market knowledge.
-Proven track record (usually 5-10+ years) in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, with a specific focus on cardiology.
-Demonstrated experience leading large, distributed sales teams.
In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular disease treatment landscapes, KOL engagement, and hospital tender management.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute national sales strategies, goals, and initiatives to increase market share for cardiovascular therapies.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with top cardiologists, healthcare institutions, hospital procurement, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
-Monitor national sales KPIs, provide regular forecasts, and manage the regional P&L, including budget allocation and margin optimization.
