IN-HOUSE ENGINEER
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Metro Manila / Banawe/La Loma, Quezon City
Schedule: MON-FRI; 7:30AM - 5:30PM
Job Requirements
Strictly must meet qualifications
• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering (licensed or non-licensed)
• At least 3–4 years of work experience as an In-House Engineer in the construction industry (site & production-based) with a focus on architectural works over structural/plumbing/electrical
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Strong mathematical, analytical, inspection, and QA/QC skills
• Must possess great and efficient manpower handling skills, along with strong leadership and communication skills
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, reliable, professional, upright, accountable, with a pleasing personality and presentable appearance
• Can work efficiently with minor supervision and possesses proper work etiquette
• Willing to perform field work (site visits and meetings) and report to the office periodically
• Has vast experience and proficiency in attending site meetings
• Has a valid driver's license and means of transportation
• Lives within Metro Manila or near Banawe/La Loma, Quezon City
• Open to both Female and Male applicants
Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage site and production-based civil and architectural construction projects
• Conduct regular field visits, QA/QC inspections, and resolve technical on-site concerns
• Supervise on-site manpower and coordinate effectively during client and project site meetings
• Utilize AutoCAD and SketchUp to review, draft, and interpret technical designs and project plans
