Description - Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet events.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas during and after events.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and event team members to ensure smooth event operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Entry-level; no prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong hospitality skills, experience in waitering, customer service proficiency.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and adhere to event timelines.
