Liaison and Inventory Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Liaise with government agencies, clients, suppliers, and other relevant parties;

2. Deliver, receive, and process documents from government agencies, clients, suppliers, and other offices;

3. Keep and maintain accurate records of all documents delivered to and received from government agencies, clients, and other parties;

4. Assist clients in securing permits, licenses, clearances, and other documents from government agencies;

5. Monitor, record, and maintain an updated inventory of company supplies, equipment, and other properties;

6. Conduct regular inventory checks and verify the actual quantity and condition of company stocks and equipment against inventory records;

7. Monitor the issuance, return, transfer, and replenishment of company supplies and equipment;

8. Prepare inventory reports and promptly report any discrepancies, shortages, damages, or losses to the Employer;

9. Assist in the receiving, inspection, storage, and proper safekeeping of company supplies, equipment, and other inventory items;

10. Coordinate with the concerned personnel regarding stock levels, purchase requests, and replenishment of supplies;

11. Procure equipment and supplies needed for office use and for bidding-related purchases and deliveries;

11. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Employer; and

12. Perform such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Employer from time to time, either through direct written orders or verbal instructions, depending on the operational requirements and needs of the business.
