## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced **Senior AI Delivery Manager** to support the implementation and delivery of AI, Big Data, and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will coordinate solution implementation activities from requirements gathering and solution design through development, integration, testing, migration, deployment, and operational handover.

This role requires strong project and delivery management expertise, the ability to coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams, and experience managing delivery schedules, dependencies, risks, and implementation governance. The ideal candidate will ensure that AI and data-enabled solutions are delivered according to agreed timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.

## Key Responsibilities

### 1. Solution Implementation Planning and Requirements Management

- Translate AI and Big Data product priorities into implementation plans, delivery milestones, and actionable work packages.

- Coordinate requirements gathering and elaboration with product managers, business users, technical leads, data owners, and platform teams.

- Maintain delivery plans, solution backlogs, milestone forecasts, and implementation schedules.

- Track product enhancements, new modules, integrations, and platform capabilities throughout the delivery lifecycle.

### 2. Design, Development, and Configuration Coordination

- Coordinate the design and development of AI and data-enabled product features, workflows, interfaces, dashboards, and automation components.

- Monitor progress across solution architecture, data engineering, application development, AI/model integration, security, infrastructure, and user experience teams.

- Identify and resolve technical, integration, and delivery issues that may affect project timelines or deliverables.

- Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical specifications, and implementation outputs.

### 3. Integration, Testing, Migration, and Deployment

- Coordinate integration activities across enterprise systems, cloud services, AI platforms, and related technology components.

- Support system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), security testing, and performance testing.

- Track test readiness, defects, remediation actions, and required stakeholder approvals.

- Coordinate configuration, release readiness, deployment preparation, migration, and implementation cutover activities.

- Ensure solutions are ready for production deployment and operational handover.

### 4. Delivery Governance and Reporting

- Maintain project documentation, delivery plans, design decisions, requirements traceability, test status, release notes, and operational handover materials.

- Track risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change requests affecting scope, quality, timelines, and acceptance.

- Prepare management reports and executive dashboards covering milestones, delivery progress, risks, blockers, and go-live readiness.

- Support project governance meetings, management reviews, and stakeholder discussions.

- Ensure deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria and documentation standards.

### 5. Stakeholder and Resource Management

- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, engineering, data, infrastructure, security, and operations.

- Manage delivery dependencies, resource planning, capacity requirements, and implementation priorities.

- Facilitate decision-making and escalate issues requiring management intervention.

- Drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle.

## Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Data, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline.

- At least **8 years of experience** in portfolio, program, project, or operations management.

- Experience in technology, digital transformation, data, Big Data, or AI-related initiatives is highly preferred.

- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects, stakeholders, delivery schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource planning.

- Experience in project governance, progress reporting, executive dashboards, and management communications.

- Demonstrated experience supporting system implementation, process improvement, migration, or transformation projects from planning through delivery.
