Senior Accountant

Deliverables:
- Prepare and record all general ledger entries in accordance with accounting standards and policies.
- Work closely with finance and other departments to reconcile financial records and accounts and ensure that all transactions have been captured.
- Perform monthly closing and prepare financial statements, schedules and analysis identifying major events and movements during the period covered.
- Work closely with tax and other departments to ensure compliance with external regulations and covenants.
- Assist in audits and other reviews by providing requested documents and schedules.
- Identify and drive areas of improvement within the current processes.
- Support management and wider finance team on any ad-hoc duties and projects.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any finance/accounting-related course, CPA License is preferred
- 3-4 years of accounting-related experience
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office and other applications
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies
- Audit experience is a plus
- Willing to work onsite in Makati
