Key Responsibilities
- Collect, deliver, and distribute documents, packages, and correspondence between departments, branches, and external offices.
- Handle office errands such as bank transactions, government office submissions, and courier arrangements.
- Assist with clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and record-keeping.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all deliveries and interactions.
- Support administrative staff with logistics and operational requirements.
- Travel frequently to branches, government agencies, and partner offices to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or vocational course graduate.
- Previous experience as a messenger or in a similar support role is an advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and integrity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local routes, government offices, and courier services.
- Physically fit and able to handle light packages.
- Willing for frequent travels
- Head office is located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
