About the role
The Warehouse In- Charge is responsible for managing the overall warehouse operations in the designated area. This includes receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching stocks, monitoring inventory levels, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the facility.
Key responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations in the assigned area
Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality
Ensure correct and organized storage of all products
Prepare and dispatch on deliveries based on orders or schedules given by sales specialist
Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stocks to avoid discrepancies
Monitor the movement of stocks in and out of the warehouse
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse
Ensure all documents (delivery receipts, forms, inventory logs, other needed documents) are prepared, properly filed and submitted on time
Report damaged eggs upon delivery, or missing items immediately

About you
College graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Strong Leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment
Experience in warehouse management is a plus
