We are a creative agency based in Manila, Philippines. We help with brand building and digital presence through creative strategy and design.
Our team is a group of experts in branding, social media, website development, design, and production. We go big in what we do best, from helping small businesses grow their value to collaborating with establish brands to broaden their impact. We believe that everybody deserves good design.
Role Description:
Our Marketing Officer ensures brand consistency, drives brand growth, executes content strategy, and generates leads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop content marketing initiatives to promote the agency's services and attract new clients.
- Communicate the agency's unique value proposition (UVP) and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.
- Align with the Business Development and Creatives team to produce compelling sales and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related roles (agency or in-house experience preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, analytics platforms, and website CMS
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong project management skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to support cross-functional teams
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
