CSR Japanese Bilingual (Cebu Onsite)

We are looking for a proactive Japanese-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll be supporting users of a leading cloud storage and collaboration platform, helping them maximize their experience with our services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, assisting customers, and thriving in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to Japanese-speaking users via email, chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to cloud storage, file sharing, and account management.
• Guide users through onboarding and product features to improve adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to the team.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
• Experience in sales or account management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Positive attitude, patience, and excellent communication skills.
