Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is essential to align technical solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members to ensure clarity and alignment. - Monitor project progress and implement improvements to enhance team productivity and deliverable quality. - Support knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous learning and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Conversion. - Strong understanding of cloud application architecture and migration strategies. - Experience with integration tools and APIs to customize and extend packaged applications. - Familiarity with low-code platforms to accelerate application configuration and deployment. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues to maintain system reliability and performance. - Proficient in managing application release cycles and version control. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Conversion. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
