- Greet and assist customers in finding products.
- Provide product information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions using cash registers or POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Restock shelves and ensure proper product display.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist in stock management.
- Meet sales targets and promote store promotions.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
- Prior retail or sales experience (a plus but not necessary).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Physically fit for standing long hours and handling merchandise.
