A Food Delivery Account Agent is responsible for assisting customers, riders, and restaurant partners with account-related concerns on a food delivery platform. The role involves resolving issues, managing orders, handling complaints, and ensuring a smooth delivery experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with account issues, order concerns, refunds, and payment problems.
- Support delivery riders and restaurant partners with account access and order management.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate and resolve order delays, cancellations, or missing items.
- Process refunds, credits, or adjustments according to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Escalate complex problems to supervisors or specialized teams when necessary.
- Provide guidance to customers on how to use the food delivery app and manage their accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college level preferred).
- Experience in customer service, call center, or food delivery support is an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps and online platforms.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
