- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service and communication skills; teamwork and collaboration; multitasking and attention to detail; cleanliness and hygiene; physical stamina; basic math skills; conflict resolution skills; product knowledge.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, address customer inquiries, and handle conflicts.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment; standing for long periods; potential for evening and weekend shifts.
