Description - Oversee daily construction operations and ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and tradesmen to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist in the management of labor and materials to maintain budgets.
- Report progress to project managers and address any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 2-5 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
