Are you an experienced CAD/BIM Leader seeking an opportunity to shape major international underground infrastructure projects?
We are looking for a highly skilled CAD Manager to lead, direct, and mentor a team of drafting and BIM professionals within our Earth & Environment / Tunnels division. In this role, you will be pivotal in delivering high-profile mined tunnel projects, major rail networks, metros, and complex underground structures across global design environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, develop, and manage a team of CAD/BIM draftspersons and modellers, fostering a positive, growth-oriented culture.
- Resource Management: Plan, allocate, and monitor technical resources across multiple concurrent projects to ensure timely project delivery.
- Standards & QA/QC: Establish, implement, and uphold strict CAD/BIM standards, quality assurance processes, and model management workflows.
- Digital Delivery: Oversee the technical production of engineering drawings, BIM models, and digital deliverables for mined tunnels and underground structures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams—including engineers, design managers, project leaders, and global partners.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation, workflow efficiency, and process improvements across digital engineering tools.
- Software Management: Manage deployment, training, and technical support for AutoCAD, Revit, and related engineering software.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of a technical course or at least 3 years completed in BS Engineering or BS Architecture (Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of CAD/BIM delivery experience within engineering consultancy, infrastructure, transportation, or underground construction sectors.
- Project Expertise: Proven track record working on mined tunnels, underground structures, or major transportation infrastructure.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD .
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience supervising or managing small-to-medium technical teams.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Desirable Attributes & Skills:
- Experience working on international multi-office projects or global design teams.
- Hands-on experience with Civil 3D, Navisworks, ProjectWise, or Bentley applications.
- Deep understanding of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Common Data Environments (CDE), and digital engineering frameworks.
- Professional engineering registration or membership in a recognized professional institution.
- Results-oriented, self-sufficient, and adaptable to multi-cultural project environments.
