Process Writer (Project Based)

What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand and document business processes
Create process maps, swimlane diagrams, SOPs, workflows, and process narratives
Document end-to-end processes covering merchant onboarding, implementation, account management, retention, and offboarding
Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and People and Brand teams to validate documentation
Support process improvement and business transformation initiatives
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, or related field
Experience in fintech, banking, payments, retail, or financial services is an advantage
Proficient in process mapping and documentation tools
Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and technical writing skills
3–5 years of experience in Business Process Documentation, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, or Quality Management
