QA ENGINEER

Responsibilities - Lead and manage the QA team, including QA engineers, testers, and analysts.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and standards across the organization.
- Design and oversee product testing procedures to ensure high quality and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies, working closely with product and development teams to resolve them.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure QA performance and quality improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, Product, and Operations to ensure quality at every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Conduct root cause analysisfor defects and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Plan and execute internal audits and participate in external audits as needed.
- Develop training materials and mentor QA team members for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering Course or Related
- With experience
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
