Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the erection and dismantling of scaffolding, ensuring safety and structural stability at all times.

• Strictly comply with all safety regulations, company policies, and local construction safety standards.

• Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures and perform necessary maintenance or repairs.

• Work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to quality standards.

• Perform on-site work as required and maintain clear verbal communication with the team.

Job Requirements

• Educational Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience Level: No prior experience required; willingness to learn, relevant experience is a plus

• Certification: Must hold a valid scaffolding/working at height operator certificate

• Skills & Abilities: Good physical strength and stamina, able to work outdoors and at heights

• Duties & Obligations: Able to follow safety instructions and work safely at elevated heights

• Personal Qualities: Strong safety awareness, team-oriented, and highly responsible

• Work Environment: Construction site, may require prolonged standing and outdoor work
