Procurement Staff

The Procurement Staff position is a full-time, Remote opportunity focused on ensuring the quality of parts during the Mass Production Stage. You will play a critical role in maintaining supplier quality and process controls, contributing to the overall success of our production efforts.

What You'll Do

• Ensure Local Parts Assurance for assigned parts during the Mass Production Stage.
• Conduct periodic genba checks to evaluate supplier processes and Q-gate controls .
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain high-quality standards and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor and report on part quality metrics to ensure compliance with production requirements.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in procurement or a related field.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and supplier management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess supplier performance.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience in a mass production environment.
