- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, owners, and contractors via email and phone.
- Oversee property inspections, schedule essential repairs, and manage end-to-end property updates.
- Lead rent collection efforts, handle light bookkeeping, and conduct market research to stay competitive.
- Maintain precise records, prepare legal lease agreements, and craft engaging monthly newsletters.
- A master multitasker with sharp attention to detail and a "work from home" discipline.
- A proactive problem-solver dedicated to providing top-tier service.
