Logistics Coordinator

· Responsible for sourcing of potential candidates for vacant positions.
· Interview and screen applicants (via phone, video and in person)
· Facilitate examination of applicants.
· Secure 201 file of newly hires and ensure the completeness of pre-employment requirements.
· Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)
· Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on boarding packages and explaining company policies.
· Responsible for ensuring the availability and deployment of relievers for all employee absences per shift.
· Reporting of AWOL and resigned employees to main office.
· Disciplinary Action issuance such as tardiness and other minor offenses. Major offense should course through to Legal department.
· Do the timekeeping
· Issuance of Back to work, uniform, Company ID and HMO.
· Update Masterfile, Uniform and DA Tracker.
All other administrative task needed.
