TikTok Live Operations Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced TikTok Live Operations Manager to handle and grow our TikTok account, manage live streaming operations, and drive online sales performance. This role is responsible for overseeing TikTok Live activities, supporting live hosts, and ensuring smooth daily live operations aligned with sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the company’s TikTok account , focusing on TikTok Live commerce
- Plan, run, and supervise TikTok Live sessions to achieve sales targets
- Manage live room operations , including scripts, flow, promotions, and engagement
- Coordinate and maintain live host relations
- Train, guide, and support live hosts and operations staff on proper live procedures
- Ensure proper setup and usage of mobile phones, cameras, lighting, and audio during live
- Operate and manage OBS and other live streaming tools
- Monitor live performance, engagement, and conversion rates
- Manage and optimize TikTok Shop and online sales operations
- Troubleshoot technical or operational issues during live sessions
- Ensure brand consistency and professional presentation during all live streams
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in TikTok Live operations or live commerce
- Strong knowledge of TikTok Live features, tools, and policies
- Experience using OBS and live streaming equipment
- Familiar with camera setup, mobile live streaming, and basic video production
- Experience managing live hosts and teaching live operations
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop and online sales management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce or live selling
- Ability to analyze live data and improve performance
- Creative thinking for live content and engagement strategies
