QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5'2 in height
- At least high school graduate
- With experience in sales (boutique or dept. store)
- No visible tattoo
- With pleasing personality
- With mandatory requirements: SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, TIN, NBI
- Willing to start ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers and promote products through live demonstrations and informative discussions.
- Develop and implement promotional activities to drive product awareness and sales.
- Monitor customer feedback and report insights to improve promotional strategies and product offerings.
- Collaborate with retail management to coordinate in-store events and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to answer customer inquiries effectively.
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
- Strong presentation skills to conduct product demonstrations with confidence.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently during promotional events.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving results.
