Sales Admin Assistant

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. Information and Inquiry Handling- Assist in handling queries, request and concerns of sellers and clients by keeping a record of customer transactions and interactions at the Sales office then forwards them to the concerned person/operating unit
- Assist in the campaign of all Sales Operation Group’s incentive programs, guidelines, policies and procedures, and other related program to all sellers, clients and guests
- Screens and records phone and walk-in inquires and forwards them to the assigned officer of the day
- Provides updates on inventory, terms of payment and other information related sales
II. Sales Acceptance
- Reviews and accepts Reservation Agreement (RA) and Buyers Information Sheet (BIS) for transactions entered by the accredited seller at the Sales Office and ensures that the following information are complete and accurate:
- computation
- terms and schedule of payment
- breakdown of agents
- signature of buyers
- Ensures timely turn-over of reservations requirements, including all details of the transactions (e.g with request) to Sales Admin Assistant (HO) for processing and tagging as official sale by SMG and CAMG.
III. Sales Operations
- Provides assistance in developing efficient system of distributing and maximizing the available support and logistics services and resources that shall provide the SNMs the opportunity to pursue their marketing strategies to the fullest
- Assists in the implementation of all sales activities such as Buyers’ trippings, open houses, site orientations and other activities analogous.
- Manages and facilities plotting/scheduling of assigned officer of the day for the Project Site Sales Office
- Process RFP, budget memo, liquidation and reimbursements of activities assigned to his/her Project Site
