- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge in social media selling (Lazada, Shopee, & TikTok) seller center
- Organized and detail-oriented in handling orders
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers
- Respond to inquiries on FB page, online messages, and customer questions
- Monitor and process customer orders
- Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
- Maintain proper documentation of sales and transactions
