About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join the team at REDMAROON COMM. INC. in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across our construction projects. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical work that meets industry standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to the successful completion of our construction initiatives.Key responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with building codes and safety standards
Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout and specifications for electrical installations
Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic tests on electrical systems to identify faults and implement corrective solutions
Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant regulations, standards, and company safety protocols
Collaborate with construction teams and project managers to coordinate electrical work schedules and deliverables
Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, materials used, and time spent on projects
Ensure work sites are kept clean and safe, with proper handling and storage of electrical materials and equipment
What we're looking for
Completed apprenticeship or formal qualification in electrical work, or equivalent practical experience
Valid electrical license or certification as required by local regulations in Metro Manila
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience working as an Electrician in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and installation practices
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
Practical expertise with electrical tools and testing equipment
Sound understanding of health and safety protocols in construction environments
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical capability to perform manual tasks and work at heights where required
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferably, experience with renewable energy systems or advanced electrical technologies
